Priority Scheduling
Clients within a service agreement will get priority scheduling over client who are not within a service agreement.

Clients will have sufficient hours allocated to their business per month for all reasonable projects; and emergencies outside of business hours.

Disaster Recovery Plan
Clients will receive a written Disaster Recovery Plan which will detail recovery scenarios for minor and major disasters, including secondary site planning.

Clients will receive a written plan for I.T. incidents: who to call, incident escalation, incident tracking and reporting.

Written Security Policy
Clients will receive a written security policy which will encompass computer, network, resource and internet usage for employees.

Manufactures such as Microsoft detail best practices for their software which we will monitor and ensure that the client is operating under the recommended conditions.

4 Hour Rapid Response
Clients can expect a technician to arrive or begin working on the issue within 4 hours of the incident being reported.

Clients can expect a technician to arrive or begin working on the issue within 2 hours of the incident being reported.

Monthly Status Reports
Clients will receive a monthly report detailing I.T. related events such as incidents, resolutions, trends, most frequented internet domains, etc.

Managed On/Off Site Backups with 100GB Included
Clients will receive a backup appliance which will backup all necessary data from the network and store it locally. At a certain time the data will be securely replicated to a hardened facility on the internet. This will ensure data availability in the event of just about any disaster.

Monthly Maintenance
Clients will receive pro active maintenance every month on PCs and servers with reporting.

Virtual I.T. Department with Real Time Monitoring
Client will receive an appliance which will monitor the general health of the network and all nodes connected to it. This appliance will alert the Incident Response Team of any issues which need to be resolved, sometimes before they manifest them self to the end user.
